Spottedfern Creations is an Australian artist store offering original artwork, handmade items and commissioned work.
Order processing
Ready-made items are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Processing times can vary depending on the item, order volume and any handling or packaging requirements. Where a specific processing estimate applies, it will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or provided directly to you.
Commissioned and custom-made work has a separate creation period agreed with you before or during the commission process. Delivery estimates for commissioned work begin after the work is completed and ready to send.
Shipping destinations and costs
Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout. An order can only be shipped to a destination that is available through the checkout for that order.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown by a carrier or at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays can occur after dispatch because of carrier networks, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
If tracking is included with the shipping method used for your order, tracking details will be provided when available.
Addresses
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at tayla1411@hotmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If an order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has a significant delivery problem, contact us at tayla1411@hotmail.com with your order details. Photos of the parcel and item may help us assess damage. We will work with you and the carrier where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
